The Omaha Public Power District, a public corporation organized under sections 70-601 to 70-672, R.R.S.1943, and pursuant to section 70-670, R.S.Supp., 1953, instituted proceedings in the county court of Sarpy County to condemn by eminent domain a power-line easement over the lands of James M.
