Behrends Co., and a deed to certain lands in California which he alleges are wrongfully withheld by the defendant Mullen; or damages for conversion thereof and of the dividends and income therefrom, or an accounting. The controversy was held to be equitable in nature, D.C., 14 F.R.D. 142, and dealt with accordingly.
