PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted of the crime of intoxication and was ordered committed to the county jail of Polk County, Iowa, for 30 days. He has appealed and the record is presented to us on a Clerk's Transcript, in which we find no reversible error. The judgment is therefore affirmed.
