The issue for determination is the amount of damages resulting to the property of defend Catherine Dennis by reason of the change of grade of Gravois Avenue in the City of St. Louis, as required for the construction of an underpass to carry vehicular traffic under the right of way of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company.
