This is an action for alleged negligence brought by the plaintiff Elmira Robichaud a passenger in a car driven by the defendant Napoleon St. Cyr. The case was heard in the Superior Court for Kennebec County and verdict was for the plaintiff in the sum of $14,250. It comes to the Law Court on defendant's exceptions to the refusal to direct a verdict, motion for new trial, and defendant's exceptions to allowance by the presiding Justice of plaintiff...
