This was an action brought by Appellee Joyce Anderson as plaintiff against the Appellant to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by her as the result of a collision between a pickup truck in which she was riding and a heavily loaded truck and trailer unit owned, maintained and operated by Glendenning Motorways, Inc., Appellant herein. The collision resulting in the injuries to Miss Anderson occurred on U. S. Highway No. 12 at a point...
