The conviction is for aggravated assault by an adult male upon a female; the punishment, three months in jail and a fine of $100.

Myrtle Walker, who was married to Cullen Walker, uncle of appellant and upon whom the assault was allegedly made, testified that appellant came to the room in which she and her husband were sleeping and assaulted her, knocked her down and stepped on her stomach. She was the only witness who testified to the assault...
