POWELL, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction in the county court of McCurtain county, where Marion Butler was charged with unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor.

The uncontradicted evidence developed that two officers search defendant's home under authority of a search warrant and found three pints of green label, tax-paid whiskey. The jury assessed punishment at a fine of $250, and ninety days in the county jail.
