Acting on information received from the authorities of the State of Ohio a fugitive warrant was issued out of the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction for the apprehension of Carl Edward Lombardo as a fugitive from justice from the State of Ohio. Pursuant thereto Lombardo was arrested and committed to the City Jail of the City of St. Louis on September 14, 1953.
