1. The defendant testified as to the transaction which resulted in the moving of the furniture from the home of the plaintiff and her husband: that the decedent Young had offered to sell his household furniture, and the defendant had assisted him in doing so by going to his home and helping load the furniture on the defendant's truck; that the defendant then left the truck, and Young and one Bigby left with the furniture; and that he knew nothing further...
