The plaintiff in error Claude Nipper Branson, defendant below, was charged by information in the county court of Pottawatomie county, Oklahoma, with the offense of unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquors, towit, 31 pints of tax paid whiskey (none of which was exposed to the senses without the aid of a search). The offense was allegedly committed on June 2, 1952, on Highway 9 and 9A north of the city...
