The defendant was found guilty by a jury of an indictment charging that on June 26, 1952 he did cause the deaths of Lea Mandelman and Jerome Mandelman by driving a motor vehicle carelessly and heedlessly in wanton disregard of the rights and safety of others in violation of the provisions of N.J.S. 2A:113-9.
