This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of Davidson County from a decree awarding compensation pursuant to the Workmen's Compensation Act, Williams' Code, § 6851 et seq., by reason of the disability and death of complainant's husband, Willis Joseph Housley, who died on March 28, 1951, as the result of silicosis and tuberculosis.
