The plaintiff, Rochester Ropes, Inc., seeks to enjoin the defendant, Danielson Manufacturing Company, from interfering with plaintiff's sales by threatening legal action against plaintiff's customers. Defendant in its counterclaim seeks to enjoin plaintiff from continuing the manufacture of its "wirelon" products, nylon covered wire ropes, which it claims...
