This is an action for personal injury instituted by the appellant in the Superior Court. At the trial of the cause upon the conclusion of the appellant's case, the appellees moved for a directed verdict in their favor which was granted by the trial judge upon the grounds (1) that there was no evidence of negligence on the part of the appellees, and (2) that there was affirmative evidence of contributory negligence on the part of the appellant.
