Joseph Padjan's will was offered for probate. Objections thereto were filed by Padjan's son, Anthony Pagen, and grandson, Michael. The contest was certified to the circuit court for trial by jury. At the conclusion of plaintiffs' proofs, appellee made a motion for a directed verdict. The motion was granted, and plaintiffs appeal therefrom.
