This is a suit by plaintiff, widow of Tom Long, Sr., deceased, for herself and as natural tutrix of her seven minor children for the recovery of damages for the death of her said husband allegedly caused by the negligence of defendants. Named as defendants are the Northeast Soil Conservation District of Louisiana and O. H. Gulledge, its employee, who was the driver of the truck involved in the accident which is the basis of this suit. The case was tried...
