This action on a contract was brought in the Superior Court for York County, and was heard by the presiding Justice at the October Term, 1953, without a jury. After some testimony had been taken, the Court appointed an Auditor and adjourned to December 8, 1953. The Auditor heard the parties and reported to the Court that, if entitled to recover, the plaintiffs were entitled to $2,022. Hearing was resumed before the presiding Justice on December...
