This is an appeal from a final award of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Workmen's Compensation, Section 286.110 RSMo 1949, V. A.M.S., denying the appellants compensation under Sec. 287.490. They appealed to the circuit court with the same result. Again appealing, the St. Louis Court of Appeals transferred the case here. The appellant-claimants are Virginia Mossman and her infant son Terry Lyn Mossman, about one year old...
