GARWOOD, Justice.

Concluding that the submission by the trial court to the jury of a particular group of special issues was in effect an improper comment on the weight of the evidence as regards other issues, the Court of Civil Appeals has reversed a judgment awarding damages to our petitioner, Mason, who was plaintiff below, the cause being remanded for another trial. 266 S.W.2d 463.
