The plaintiffs, Caryl Loomis Olive and Bernice Loomis Worthington, citizens of Texas, bring this action against the defendant, A. H. Turner, a citizen of Oklahoma, and ask for a partnership accounting and for dissolution of the partnership or declaratory relief.
