This is an appeal from a judgment on a claim against an estate for attorney's fees. In such action the court below allowed appellant the sum of $250 as attorney's fees. Appellant filed a motion for a new trial on the grounds (1) that the court erred in its assessment of recovery, it being too small, and (2) that the decision is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law.
