This is an appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to defendants' answer upon the ground that the facts stated therein are insufficient to constitute a defense, and further sustaining a demurrer to defendants' counterclaim upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. After doing so, the Court awarded judgment for the plaintiff.
