The information in this case charged that on November 14, 1952, at New London, the defendant, by himself, his servant or agent, sold or delivered alcoholic liquor to a minor, in violation of General Statutes, § 4293. The defendant elected trial to the court, which found him guilty as charged. He has appealed to this court from the judgment imposing sentence upon him.
