On August 1, 1951, Anna Elizabeth Leak brought suit in the Circuit Court for Dade County against Harry E. Wolk, her ex-husband, to recover past-due alimony and child-support money allegedly due and payable under a divorce decree rendered in the courts of Ohio in favor of the wife on June 30, 1950. In due course, the defendant filed an answer in the cause in which he denied that he was in default in the payment of said items to the plaintiff. Testimony...
