This was an action for damages for personal injuries sustained in a gas fire. Upon a trial the jury returned a general verdict for plaintiff and answered special questions. Defendant filed a motion for a new trial which was considered by the court and overruled and judgment was rendered for plaintiff upon the general verdict. Defendant has appealed from the judgment.
