In Cause No. 1874, the United States, upon relation of and for the use of the Tennessee Valley Authority, filed on May 24, 1954, a petition for taking, by right of eminent domain, certain described lands in Davidson County, Tennessee, owned in fee simple by the Rainbow Realty Company, a corporation.
