PER CURIAM.

Following indictment, plea of not guilty and trial, defendant was convicted of the offense of illegal possession of alcoholic liquor in violation of section 123.3, Code of Iowa 1950, I.C.A., and sentenced to pay a fine of $400 and costs and to stand committed to the county jail until the fine is paid, not exceeding, however, a period of 120 days. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. We find no error. Accordingly the judgment is
