These are actions in ejectment and involve Lot No. 7 and Lot No. 43 on the Hudson View Realty Company map located in the hamlet of Riverside, town of Stillwater, Saratoga County. The premises were sold to the People of the State of New York by the State Tax Commission on June 8, 1926, for unpaid taxes for the years 1920, 1921, 1922 and 1923, and a tax deed was executed and delivered to the plaintiff...
