The plaintiff corporation instituted this action to recover the reasonable value of the use and occupancy of a certain store owned by it. The defendants are Cavallaro and the administratrix on the estate of George C. Rogers. The court found the issues for the plaintiff against both defendants and an appeal has been taken to this court.
