Emma S. Jones recovered a judgment for $10,000 against the Illinois Terminal Railroad Company, a corporation, for personal injuries sustained when the automobile in which she was riding was struck by one of defendant's interurban cars. The verdict was signed by ten jurors. The principal controversy on this appeal is whether plaintiff's main instruction was erroneous.
