WILLIAMSON, Justice.

This is a tort action against a plumber for damages allegedly caused by negligence in the performance of his work. The case is before us on exceptions to the granting of defendant's motion for a nonsuit. The only issue is defendant's negligence. We are not here concerned with plaintiffs' due care, or damages. Our duty "is simply to determine whether, upon the evidence, under the rules of law, the jury could properly have found for the plaintiff...
