Defendant, James Ackey Turner, Hardy Dell Green and Orville Lee Estes were jointly charged on information of the Prosecuting Attorney of Jackson County with the crimes of burglary in the second degree and grand larceny. Green and Estes pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary and each was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of two years. Upon trial by jury defendant was found guilty of the burglary...
