The guardian and trustee ad litem has excepted to the refusal of the auditing judge to surcharge the trustees for loss on the sale of a debenture of the Southern Pacific Company and of shares of the common stock of Atlantic Refining Company purchased and sold by them in November 1951, and further to his refusal to order the trustees to sell similar bonds and shares purchased by them at the same time and still retained.
