This is an action for malpractice, to recover damages for injuries to the plaintiff's wrist claimed to have been caused by the negligent and unskilful conduct of the defendant in applying diathermic treatment. Upon the trial the jury returned a defendant's verdict, which the plaintiff moved to set aside. The court denied the motion and the plaintiff has appealed from the judgment rendered on the verdict.
