This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court affirming an order of the Board of Liquor Control sustaining the department in denying the appellants a transfer of their D-1 liquor permit from a location in the city of Cincinnati to the village of Greenhills, an incorporated subdivision, in Hamilton County, Ohio.
