This is an automobile collision case in which judgment was rendered against Claud Gilmer, the defendant below. Gilmer's primary contentions are that the evidence was insufficient in law and in fact to support the jury's findings that he was negligent in certain particulars and that the answers to some of the special issues are conflicting.
