The defendant, Mrs. Viola Opanowich, has been sentenced to serve twelve years in the penitentiary for killing her infant son, pursuant to the verdict of a jury finding her guilty of murder in the second degree. She asks us to reverse and set aside the judgment of conviction as contrary to the law and the evidence.
