This is an appeal by the Tax Assessor-Collector of Wichita County, Texas, from a judgment of the District Court of Wichita County, Texas, by which the trial court held unconstitutional that part of Section 57 of Article 1436-1, Vernon's Penal Code of the State of Texas, which provides for compensation to the "designated agent" under and by virtue of which he had been paid certain compensation, right to retain which was contested by the appellee...
