The plaintiff sued the defendants to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by him as a result of the negligence of the defendant Alfred Giordano, agent of the defendant Raymond Sparico. The defendants offered no evidence and moved for a directed verdict on the ground of the claimed insufficiency of the plaintiff's evidence.
