In this declaratory judgment proceeding we are called upon to decide whether or not a joint school contract entered into by several contiguous school districts lying in the Counties of Crawford and Venango under the provisions of article XVII of the Public School Code of March 10, 1949, P. L. 30, is rendered invalid by the lack of a definite termination date.
