Florence Glenn, appellee, filed this suit against Hugh Ellis and Russell Edens, to recover for personal injuries received by her when she was struck by an automobile driven by Ellis. There was no evidence of negligence against Edens and the jury returned a verdict of $9,500 in favor of Miss Glenn against Hugh Ellis alone.
