This case arises out of a collision between 2 automobiles, which occurred at approximately 7:20 a.m. on June 23, 1951, at the intersection of Gordon road and 120th street in Ottawa county, Michigan.

The record shows that it was a clear day and pavement dry. Plaintiff, George Hoag, was driving west on Gordon road, which is an east and west county road with blacktop pavement. The driving width of the road is about 20 feet. At the same time defendant...
