This is an action in assumpsit for an alleged three-fold breach of an oral contract of employment between the plaintiff as employee and the defendant as employer. The breached parts of the oral contract are alleged by amended complaint to be those which provide (1) for the termination of the employment only upon a thirty-day written notice, (2) for the payment of a bonus by the defendant to the plaintiff, and (3) for the allowance...
