This action in replevin was filed by Clifford W. L. Callwood in June, 1951, against the Virgin Islands National Bank and Osmond Kean to compel payment to him of a fund of $7,706.12 held by the Bank in Anna R. Peiffer's name with Osmond Kean as trustee. There being three other claimants to the said fund, the Bank counterclaimed for interpleader of these additional claimants, to wit, Else E. Callwood...
