The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged by information filed in the county court of Osage County with the unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor. A jury was waived, and the matter first came on for hearing on a motion to suppress certain evidence. The defendants called as a witness A.L.
