The suit in trial court was for alleged breach of a written lease of motor vehicles executed by and between appellant as lessor and Frank L. Thomas, Inc., as lessee, on June 1, 1950. Damages were alleged at $25,000; but for primary determination in said action was a construction and interpretation of the lease instrument sued upon. The case was first filed in Tarrant County, corporate residence of appellant, but transferred to Dallas County on sustaining...
