Plaintiff Kirby Terminal Company is the owner of property in the city of Detroit, bounded on the south by Warren avenue, on the north by Kirby and Grand River avenues, on the east by Loraine avenue (formerly Humboldt), and on the west by Lawton avenue. Part of this property is in the George Paine Subdivision and some of it is a part of Private Claims 474 and 338.
