Appellee, Bill Knight, was employed as a ranch laborer by Beggs Cattle Company and while engaged in this type of work his horse fell with him causing severe injury to his left foot. Appellee, as plaintiff, sued appellant, Standard Accident Insurance Company, as defendant in the trial court, alleging it was liable as insurer of Beggs Cattle Company.
