This is an appeal from a conviction of burglary committed by breaking into a locked automobile.

Appellant and one Charles Watson were found guilty after jury trial of having broken into the locked parked Jaguar automobile of Mr. Sidney Friedland on July 8, 1953, in San Francisco.
